LCD Monitor For Better Text Viewing

The image most people have these days of computer use is surfing the net, playing games, and viewing videos. There are, however, many of us who spend most of our days at work staring at text documents and spreadsheets. A typical day for me is maintaining 3 websites my company has, working on our Access databases, and working with documents and text images readying them for press. The eye strain, often, was so profound that, at the end of the day, I just couldn't log on at home to surf the web, answer emails, or blog.

About a year ago, we swapped out almost all of our bulky CRT monitors (except for the graphic artists who like the CRT display) and replaced them with flat, LCD screens. The difference when viewing text is phenomenal. The text is clearer and sharper and my eye strain has all but disappeared. For those of you who spend a lot of time working with text, I would highly recommend that you check out the LCDs out there. To help you research them, click on the link below.
